Teachers

The Center offers workshops and non-college and college-credit courses for educators. Multiyear programs are available to enable teachers to secure endorsements in mathematics and earth science, to become highly qualified in middle school mathematics, to secure the K-8 Mathematics Specialists Licensure, or to pursue master's degrees through Virginia Commonwealth University.

The Center continuously posts instructional resources on its various educational websites. Through the Special Service option, the Center provides workshops and courses on-site within divisions, assists with mentoring novice teachers, and provides special clusters of student lessons. On-going support is provided to teachers whose students participate in the Metro Richmond Science Fair.
